Q: Am
I the only one who can receive a trial? |

A: Absolutely
not! Mothers, maid of honor, or anyone else who would feel more
confident knowing what their hair or make-up is going to look like
can participate in the trial. |

Q: What
do I need to do to prepare? |
||
| A: Have a cleansed and moisturized face. Hair needs to be blow dried (with a styling product if going with an updo.) If you have short hair, just make sure your hair has been shampooed. If possible, please don't condition your hair. If you absolutely must use conditioner, just limit use to the ends. Day old hair helps if yours is very thin and fine - but it's not always necessary. | ||
| Q: Can I purchase any of the make-up used? | ||
| A: Yes! Lipstick, lip liner and powders are available for sale. Just ask. | ||
| Q: Do you offer any special packages? | ||
| A: If you decide to utilize Total Image for both hair and make-up services, you can save a substantial amount of money. The more services performed, the more you save. Individual hair and make-up services have different prices. Click here for more details. | ||
| Q: Can I come to you? | ||
| A: If you'd like, we have a private studio located in downtown Downers Grove; located just 24 miles west from the city of Chicago. | ||
| Q: Will you have enough time to finish? | ||
| A: Since we specialize in weddings frequently involving parties of ten to fourteen, we know timing can be of the essence. Therefore, we guarantee that everyone in your party will be be done on time. | ||
| Q: Can I add on to my package? | ||
| A: Yes. However, since prices may vary, be sure to ask us for a quote. | ||
| Q: Can I receive a natural look and still look good in pictures? | ||
| A: Many of the brides don't wear make-up on a regular basis. Our make-up specialist Christa has worked with almost every kind of make-up preference, so she can create the look you want whether it's natural or dramatic. | ||
| Q: How soon do I book my date? | ||
| A: We recommend a trial run first to ensure your happiness. At that time, you will receive a contract. Simply returning your contract with a deposit will ensure your date. Summer and Fall book the fastest, so the sooner you can make a decision, the better. | ||
